Travel Documents and Visas: Make sure your passports are up to date. Upon arrival at Kathmandu airport, you can easily obtain a Nepal visa, and we'll assist you in obtaining a Tibet Group visa.
Travel Insurance: Purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other unexpected situations.
Vaccinations and Health Precautions: Consult your healthcare provider for recommended vaccinations and take necessary health precautions. Altitude sickness can be a concern, so acclimatization is crucial.
Currency: Currency exchange is readily available in Kathmandu for most currencies. However, for your Tibet journey, we recommend carrying Chinese Yuan. While credit cards are accepted in many places, having cash on hand is a convenient way to navigate these regions.
Altitude Considerations: Be prepared for high altitudes, especially in Tibet. Acclimatize gradually to minimize the risk of altitude sickness.
